This 12 Week Program follows a nutrient-dense, wholefood approach to nutrition. There are no diet extremes here. We are teaching healthy lifestyle and habit change more than we are providing nutrition advice.
If you look at the lesson titles, you will see that only ONE of the 12 lessons is talking nutrition (Lesson 2: Guiding Nutrition Principles).
The Guiding Nutrition Principles we share in Lesson 2 are:
*Make Healthy Upgrades to Favourite Foods
*Eat wholefoods, minimally processed
*Stay hydrated
*Choose nutrient dense foods & stop counting calories
*Eat 3 balanced meals, in the right portion size for you, and try not to snack
